Do you receive regular payments from an employer, Social Security, or other source? Direct deposit is the safe and convenient way to ensure funds are in your account on the first available day, every time. Once it is set up, the payer's bank transfers funds automatically. You don't have to do a thing.
You can set up direct deposit for your NetBank checking, savings, and money market accounts. Direct deposit is not available for certificate of deposit accounts.
Download the direct deposit form here and fill in your 11-digit Account Number and the Account Type (enter “Checking” for checking or money market savings accounts for “Savings”). Then, submit this form to your payer, by mail or in person.
For Social Security/Supplemental Security Income, or other federal governmental income, you must contact the Social Security Administration to set up direct deposit. You can do this by telephone, or by mail.
Complete the Direct Deposit application as explained above.
Call the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213. Ask to speak to someone in “ACH Transfers.”
Give them the NetBank address and routing number plus your account number and account type:
4350 La Jolla Village Drive, Suite 140
San Diego, CA 92122
NetBank Routing Number: 122287251
If you would prefer to contact the Social Security Administration by mail, simply print the Social Security Direct Deposit Form and follow the instructions provided.
